There is a $3 processing fee per person, per gift, to cover the cost of our team making this power bill payment to your provider.

This means if you select 'Top up by $50' then we will deduct a $3 fee from the total $50 and deposit $47 into your electricity account. More details available below.

Simply select the amount you'd like to top up your account and provide the required details, as listed on your power bill.

We keep your details private and only use them to make payment to your energy providers account on your behalf.

  • There is only one $3 fee per person, per gift.
  • For example - If you have a $50 gift voucher, select 'Top Up by $50' add this item to cart, follow through the checkout and complete your order. Then we will deduct a $3 fee from the total $50 and deposit $47 into your electricity account.
  • Another example - If you have a $200 gift voucher and want to use it all for paying your power bill, select 'Top Up by $100' and add two of this item to cart, follow through the checkout and complete your order. Then we will deduct a $3 fee from the total $200 and deposit $197 into your electricity account.

With Impact do not charge any shipping or delivery fee on this item. However, if you add this item AND a product to your cart at the same time you will be charged the appropriate shipping fee for the product.
