How to redeem your credit

Simply select the charity and $ amount you'd like to donate and click 'Add to cart', browse the Impact Shop for any other items you'd like to add and then checkout. Enter your unique gift code(s) at checkout to redeem your credit.

  • If you have an amount of credit that isn't listed on the dropdown - like $200, then you can add 2x $100 donations to your cart. Feel free to mix & match charities you donate to.
  • If you want to donate more than the credit you have available e.g. you have $50 credit but want to donate $100, then select $100 as the amount and click 'Add to cart'. Enter your unique gift code to redeem your credit, and pay the remaining amount using a debit card or other payment method.

How are the donations paid to the charities

We work in partnership with The Good Registry who manage our charity relationships and deposit the donated funds directly to each charity via The Good Registry trust bank account.

  • There are no additional fees to you, any fees are deducted from the amount you choose to donate.
  • A 10% fee is deducted from all donations. Charities receive 90% of all donation amounts - or $9 for every $10 that is given.
  • 3% of this fee goes towards With Impact to process the payments including card and bank fees. 7% of this fee goes to The Good Registry Trust which covers their operating costs.
