These soda syrups are designed to be mixed with sparkling or soda water. They're the perfect pairing with your Sparkler, SodaStream or other sparkling water maker.

Six Barrel Soda use real ingredients like NZ citrus juices, Central Otago cherries, organic ginger, organic rose petals, and fair-trade organic cane sugar to make natural drinks that taste great, look spectacular and are packaged in glass.

These soda syrups are naturally sweetened with Fair Trade organic sugar and are free from artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Each bottle contains 500mL of syrup which makes 15 drinks.

Cherry & Pomegranate:
Made with Central Otago NZ Cherries and real pomegranate to make a drink that lands somewhere in between a quality grenadine and a classic cherry soda. Delicious.


Cola Six:
A well-rounded classic that bursts with citrus and spice notes. Six Barrel Soda spent six years perfecting the mix of the six main flavours: lime, orange, cinnamon, kola nut, coriander seed and vanilla.

- Note - Cola Six contains malt extract (barley). Contains gluten. There is a very small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from the kola nut, but no added caffeine.


Creaming Soda:
NZ lemon juice and natural vanilla make a creamy, rich, citrussy soda filled with nostalgia.


Elderflower:
Light and floral with a zesty burst of NZ lime juice. It is a refreshing taste of summer all year round, and much easier than making your own elderflower cordial!


Feijoa:
Enjoy feijoas all year round with this Feijoa Soda Syrup. Made with Hawke’s Bay feijoas and a touch of NZ lemon juice, this is a feijoa fiend’s dream.


Ginger Ale:
Ginger in name but not in attitude. Made with loads of organic ginger and a sprinkling of black pepper for an extra hint of heat, just how you like it. Add a squeeze of fresh lime and a sprig of mint if you're feeling fancy.


Hibiscus:
Made with organic hibiscus flowers to create its deep red colour and plummy, floral flavour. Hibiscus is a popular flavour for drinks in the Caribbean and Central America. Try it with a wedge of lime.


Lemonade:
Inspired by lemon trees heaving with fruit and old school lemonade stands. Uses NZ lemon juice and zest, with a hint of Marlborough sea salt to make a crisp, zesty, not too sweet lemonade.


Raspberry & Lemon:
A firm family favourite since way back. This Raspberry and Lemon Soda Syrup combines, well, real raspberries and NZ lemon juice and zest to make a crisp pink drink that ticks all the boxes.


Spiced Orange Syrup (Limited Edition):
Six Barrel Soda partnered with Everybody Eats, a pay-as-you-feel charity restaurant creating exquisite 3-course meals from rescued food. This soda syrup is filled with fresh NZ oranges, soft spices and orange rinds kindly donated by Moore Wilson’s - a byproduct from their fresh juices.
