Crafted on the Kāpiti Coast, this small-batch hot sauce offers a unique range of flavours. Quality ingredients, hand-picked chillies, and perfectly balanced spices create a deep, complex sauce that elevates your meal, rather than simply adding heat.

Apostle Hot Sauce draw's inspiration for their flavours from the wonderfully diverse culinary landscape of Aotearoa. A melting pot of different cultures and styles of cuisine, they wanted to blend the very best of local flavours to make every dish one to enjoy.

Heavily inspired by Roman Catholic artwork, Greek Orthodox iconography, Irish Illuminated Manuscripts and Tarot de Marseilles, each bottle and its contents can be considered as a work of art, a gift from our hearts to your plate.

Saint Phillip - Roasted Capsicum & Chilli
This slow roasted blend of capsicum, cayenne chillies and smoked jalapenos create a rich, vibrant sauce with a smoky depth of flavour in our take on a classic red hot sauce. Phillip is our perfect all-rounder for eggs, fries, burgers, salads, nachos - you name it.

Saint Matthew - Chocolate & Manuka Smoked Chipotle
A deep floral and earthy blend of manuka smoked chipotle and dark cocoa create a rich base for our spectacularly full-flavoured Mole Poblano inspired chipotle sauce. Matthew is the best you can get for tacos, nachos or stirred together with mayonaise for a perfect burger sauce.

Judas Iscariot - Spicy Smoked Barbecue
Manuka smoked chipotle & slow roasted onions stewed together in tangy pineapple juice and sweetened with sticky black molasses and brown sugar. No artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours made with organic apple cider vinegar. Everything a perfect spicy barbecue sauce should be. Judas is wonderful with grilled or fried chicken, pulled pork, brisket or barbecued veges like zucchini and corn.

Saint Andrew - Szechuan, Blueberry & Habanero
A delicately sweet blend of blueberries, szechuan & habanero, complemented with fresh lemongrass & ginger. This wonderfully colourful habanero hot sauce is guaranteed to pair perfectly with pork, noodles, dumplings or even avocado on toast.

Saint John - Mango, Turmeric & Ginger
We have perfectly balanced a blend of succulent mango, refreshing ginger & vibrant turmeric to create this uniquely fruity hot sauce. A delicious and colourful addition to fried chicken, salads, tacos or even on poached eggs.

Saint Peter - Kiwifruit & Kawakawa Verde
A unique blend of tangy kiwifruit, peppery New Zealand Kawakawa and locally grown jalapeños makes for a super fresh and colourful verde. This piquant salsa verde is perfect for adding a zesty bite to all your favourite comfort foods like fish tacos, guacamole and even cheese toasties.
