Care

Wash blade by hand with warm water and mild detergent and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Keep handle dry. Do not immerse in water. To preserve blade edge, we recommend working on wooden and food-grade plastic surfaces only.

No, the handles are made of hardwood and should not be exposed to water and detergent.​

Do I need to treat the wood handle with oil?

The wood has been treated with a protective finish that does not require maintenance and should be kept dry. If the finish wears off over time, it is recommended to lightly wipe the wood with food-safe mineral oil.
