How much fragrance do I put on my Smelly Balls?
This is completely up to you and your nostrils! We recommend 2-3 drops on each ball (not on any white balls as it may stain). Re-apply when necessary.

Are Smelly Balls vegan?
Our wool is sourced from a cruelty-free farm in New Zealand, emphasising ethical practices. However, wool is derived from sheep, so it may not align with a vegan lifestyle. We prioritise natural fibres for their biodegradability instead of synthetic fibres, aiming to balance sustainability with ethical considerations.

Why doesn't the oil last more than 30 days?
Typically, once you've applied the oil to the balls, your car should maintain that delightful aroma! Unlike conventional air fresheners that claim to last 30 days, our Smelly Balls are designed to be reused again and again for a more personalised experience. You can adjust the fragrance strength to your liking – whether you prefer a subtle hint or a robust scent. They're not a 'set it and forget it' solution; instead, you can easily top them up with more oil when needed. This flexibility is what makes them unique. So, if you have a keen sense of smell and crave a potent fragrance, add more oil, or use less for a milder effect. It's all about tailoring the experience to your preferences!
